Last weekend, I volunteered my services as photographer to help a fundraiser for the Arlington Public Library's 1000 Books before Kindergarten Program.
Guests dressed in James bond inspired attire (The movie: From Russia with Love) , many showed up in very elegant and creative attire (some guests took it to a whole new level!!). The Hot Society Orchestra performed 1950s-60s and Bond-inspired music.
According to the library website:“1,000 Books Before Kindergarten is a new Library program that encourages all Arlington families and caregivers to read 1,000 books with their young children before they enter kindergarten.”
